Zanussi oven error f050

Hi, We have a Zanussi oven error and during an pyrolytic cleaning cycle I heard what sounded like a fuze blowing and the fuzeboad tripped. We have an error code F050 on the control panel with the manual saying to contact a service centre! A oven bulb was only replaced that day and I suspect that it blown. Does anyone know…

Hi,

Does anyone know what the error code means and could anyone recommend someone who might able to fix it. Based in D5.
