Isn't there a laptop/tablet forum somewhere? I actually clicked on the links to find the price and more details that were absent.
The second one excludes shipping.

This has 3g dongle support and is cheaper and is shipped from the UK so you't can't get caught for customs. I have one myself and can't fault it.

That tablet is great for the price. I have one. I couldn't get the W70pro, for the price it was at month ago (At it's launch - €80), so i went for that version. I'm happy with it, and have had a whole heap of crap running through it, no bother.
Only slight problem i have is, that in the daylight, trying to read on it, isn't the best, but i have ordered a screen reader shield which reduces the glare and allows you to read it easier. (On some tablets the hue is slightly noticeable, but still good).

Worth pointing out, that "shield" is always on sale, i bought two last year for €12 delivered.
