1.4-1.6 diesel needed

    friend asked my to look for a car for her.she have 3000 to spend.
    only requirements 1.4-1.6 diesel,high enough front bumper.she have 3 year old son,drives 10k miles a year.Tried explain that she would be better of with petrol,but she wouldnt listen

    i was thinking about ford c-max.what are other posible choises?

    Best of luck to her finding a decent C-Max diesel or similar for €3k that doesn't require more money spent on it. She might get a high miler Citroen Picasso or Ford Fusion.

    As for trying to tell some people they don't need a diesel, I just don't bother anymore, let them off as your wasting your time. They usually have tunnel vision and will only figure it out the hard/expensive way that the maths don't add up in the long run.
