Joint share dealing account

Myself and my siblings have some US shares which up to now have been held at an aib branch under our 4 names (one account). Some months back, aib told me that they no longer provide this facility and that we must find another home for the shares. The shares are in electronic format with no paper certificate.

To be honest I am new to this game and do not know much about share dealing accounts. There is an option of opening up a joint telephone share dealing account with Davys at a charge of around 60euro per annum. This seems to be a waste of money if we are not planning on doing any trading in the short-term. We plan on not touching the shares for at least another 5-10 years.

The brokers also don't seem to like the idea of opening a 4-way account but I don't see much choice if we want to keep the shares in all of our names...

Any good suggestions as to what we can do would be great. Thanks!
