Quick question for those who would know. Going to make Guinness cake this week but want to make it in cupcake form. Using Nigella's recipe but wondering is there anything I should change besides the cooking time given the move from a cake to cupcakes, or will the recipe be just fine as is?

    Thanks

I wouldn't use Guinness, it's not a great stout for cooking of baking with.

Use something like an O'Hara's Leann Follain and you will have a much better end product.

Make a whiskey and chcoclate buttercream to go with it and you have your pint and your whiskey :)
