just some info needed on sky hd multiroom with a sky+ box

hey I have a question we have just ordered a sky hd box with hd pack and we are going to have a sky+ box that we will be using with the multiroom and was wondering will we be able to watch the hd channels on the sky+ box

Is the Sky+ box a HD one?
If not,,No,,as the Non-HD box don't have the HDMI outlet,,so you won't have a HD picture.

You will still have the channel,,just not the HD picture.

On that note is there a convertor cable that I could buy to connect the sky+ box to upgrade it to a hd tv

Might be better off getting a second hand sky+ HD box,,and ring sky and ask them to pair your card to the box.

All Sky+ boxes are HD these days so if you have a HD sub then you are fine. Just make sure that it is a Sky+ box you are getting for the mutiroom and not just the ordinary Sky box as thats what Sky will provide you with unless agreed otherwise.
