Lesson advice

    Hi all,

I am looking for some advice from you.

I have gotten 2 lessons off the pro in the golf club. The first was on my grip and he sent me off with some homework for the range. I went to the range and on the course working on this for about 3/4 weeks. The 2nd time I was sent home with exercises and drills on my posture. Again, I did this for 3/4 weeks so tried to contact the pro last week for the next stage.

However, the pro I was using has left the golf club by mutual consent between himself and the club and a new pro will be in place this week

I want to get my next lesson but haven't been able to contact the old pro.

I am wondering if I am better waiting to find out where the other pro goes and go back to him as he knows me and my game?

Or does it matter? Will a new pro be able to pick up from a lesson and continue improving me? Do they all use the same approach?

Sorry for all the questions, but I just don't want to waste money going to one pro and for them to change everything I have been working on recently.

    Thanks

New pro (if he is any good) will be able to analyse your swing and see whats missing/wrong.
Chances are they will have a different approach but that doesnt really matter, as long as you understand what they are telling you.

Hopefully you will have already improved based on what the old pro has done with you. I see no problem in moving on to the new guy and taking it from there.
