TCD first day stories?

Just joined up for this forum haha. So how did everyone's first day go? Mine got off to a bad start, the queue for the lockers was long and didn't see to be moving! I eventually got a nice one upstairs in arts though thanks god. Got a nice coffee in the shop in arts, glad to see I'll have nice coffee available nearby!

Things looking up so as I went to my first lecture despite the weather haha. Got stuck talking to a 2 and a 4 in the lecture for a while but I ended that with a few one word answers so no harm done. Lectures was interesting so looking forward to get going with that. Visited the library too, it was a bit intimidating in terms of scale but I'm sure I'll get to grips with it before long.

Anyone have any catastrophes or joy? Would like to hear haha.

El Paco (my friend), and I were walking down Talbot street on our way to college when out of nowhere 2 absolute units started on us because they didn't like the smell of me chips. A sour batin' ensued and of course it was all caught on the vidja tape. Me Ma can be heard in the background, she was absolutely dismayed about the bitter weather we've been havin'. Strolled into BESS about 5 minutes late, shakin', and not a package of crips to me name.
