Samsung PC Hanging Constantly

I have an Samsung laptop with 4GB of RAM and an I5 processor which is pretty much brand new. It is running Windows 7 Home edition. A few weeks after getting it the PC started hanging - it boots up and lets me sign in fine but then if you put the cursor on the task bar I get the spinning circle and it just stays like that. It won't let me start a program, task manager etc etc. I rebuilt the PC when it happened and it was fine for another few days but started happening again. I tried to remove all the Samsung bloatware but it still hasn't helped. Anyone else seen anything like this with a Samsung?
