    ... is it worth it to be upgrading from a 550ti? Might as well get a nicer screen or something, or just save the 200? :P

    I can't really answer which is better to get between the 660ti & the 7950. They are pretty close, maybe have a look at a few of the benchs on AnandTech to see which performs better for the type of games you play. The AMD cards usually do better at resolutions higher than 1080p if that's of any concern for you.

    You're benchmarking with the wrong card, he said he has a 2GB 550ti not a 1GB one.

    That will make almost no difference in any of those benchmarks as the 2GB will only come into play above 1080p.

    To try and compensate for AnandTech not having bench results with the 2GB version here is a comparison between the 7950 and the 560ti which is a much better card.

    Point is, you will get huge benefits from upgrading to either the 660ti or the 7950!!

    If it helps, i recently upgraded from a 6950 to 660ti and the difference is huge.

    Going to go for the 7950 i think uses the same power as my 550TI and gets nearly 3 times the FPS

    Just trying to work out how to pay with out VRT from overclockers as there is no where to enter my Vat number
