    Hi there,

Just finalising my annual accounts for companies office. Company is very small, and has been audit exempt for years.

Annual return date is 30th September, but am I right in thinking I can still file the paper B1 and accounts up to 28th October, without it being late?

    Thanks for help

    Yes

You have an additional 28 days to file the return after the ARD of the company.

Perfect, am going away until 8th October on work in UK, so was worried about filing, but I'll still have time to file when I get back it seems.

    Thanks
