    Any legit sites, customs will stop the package and get you to pay duty so you will end up paying as much as in a shop, and we are not allowed link to non-legit sites.

    Do you not know anyone who travels to central or esatern europe from time to time?

    Worst case scenario, go for a weekend mini break and stock up. If planned right the savings on the smokes could pay for the trip and you would still make savings.

    Usually it can be a lot more, since the online shops are making a healthy profit, just like duty free shops do.

    The €22+ limit does not apply to excisable products.
