What do people think the points will be next year seeing as they were 495 this year?

Also is there any current or past students willing to give me info about this course ?

Just bumping, any info on this would be greatly appreciated by myself also! Really interested in law but just not sure which course is for me :/ (L&H,B&L etc) thanks in advance!

Final year law student, there are some savage guides in other threads about the different courses, use search and have a browse. I'd write one, but I have written about 3 of them at this stage.

I imagine points are likely to begin to rise slowly. They've spent about 3 years quite low compared to the 10 years before. But I dunno if the new law school, which should be open next year, will have room for more students and therefore more places.

I'm applying for the BCL maitrise in 2013. I am not applying for the straight BCL simply because I'm interested in spending more than one year abroad and also because prima facie employment opportunities are enhanced by broadening one's academic scope at third level, even in somewhat vocational programmes such as law. Is there any specific reason as to why you are going for the pure law option?

Not to hijack your thread ( I did get a little excited when I saw BCL), but based on other threads, I am expecting there to be a reasonable chance I will drop out and convert to Law & French Law or the straight BCL, so we may be classmates down the line:).

However, if I might just hijack your thread briefly, does anyone know whether Paris II is pretty much guaranteed to still be a choice for BCL maitrise students in 2 years? Because the resort to 2 years in Paris II is the sole reason why I am going to UCD as opposed to Law & French in TCD, and I would really like it to be certain (contrary to rumour) that everything will likely be in place in 2015.
