HP C4780 Multifunction Printer Error

Having an issue scanning with my HP C4780 Multifunction printer It scans pages, however it is not delivering them as one whole document/image. Instead it is breaking the image up into pieces. I've checked scanner settings along with the HP help pages with no solution as of yet. Any ideas??

try uninstalling the software and then reinstall.
