As above, how many standard fertilizer/feed bags of turf would equal a 10x6 trailor?

    Would 100 seem reasonable enough?

I sell timber/turf i can get about 20 nut bags into a 7x4,6 car trailer loose, hope that will help you out a bit.

12' 6 x 6' 6 nugent jeep trailer with 18 inch sides holds fertilizer bags. How high are the sides on your trailer?

    150" x 78" x 18" = 210600 = 80 bags
    1 bag = 2632"

    120" x 72" x 54" = 466560"

    466560" / 2632" = 177 bags

    Could that be right?

I have 70 bags of turf on my 10 x5 1/2" trailler outside the door at the moment. Thats about the limit, 80 might be possible but I would not drive more than 10 miles with a load that big.

Thats a car trailer with 18" boxes.

100 is definitely low, I usually put about 140 in the cattle trailer. Trailer is 11x6.5 by 5.5 high approx. Loose turf will fit in a trailer more neatly as there will be no empty spaces like the space between bags so I would estimate at least 150 fertiliser bags to a standard 10x6 turf trailer of loose turf.
