Clicking through to YouTube from embedded video

Recently my ability to click through to YouTube from embedded videos, via the title at top-left, has stopped. I can't figure out whether it's the upgrade to 4.0.4 that caused it, or unrooting because of that, or perhaps flash player or a change in the way YouTube is delivering embeds. Anyone else noticed this? HTC One X.

Happened to me too. I thought it was just because i started using chrome but It seems to be the same on the stock browser now

Same here on JB on Galaxy Nexus.

Its hit and miss, doesn't always go arseways.

Sometimes it opens in a new window with a black background with the video in the middle and the back key won't exit the video so I've to hit the home key to exit it.

Finally had some time to look into this, it seems to be just a caching problem in the end.

Settings > Apps > All > search "internet" > Force Stop > Clear Cache

I'm guessing that was the actual issue, but I did YouTube at the same time so I'm not 100% sure.
