Does anyone know of any support services or informal support groups for adults with aspergers in Ireland, specifically Dublin? I've done an online search but can't find anything for adults. Thanks for any replies!

Take a look at the services offered by St. Patrick's Hospital and the Dean Clinics: http://www.stpatrickshosp.ie/support-information-service

There is also some information on the Aspire site: http://www.aspireireland.ie/Aspire-Services.2_AS-Support-Groups.htm
