Flying to Malaga with baby

How easy is it to get a taxi from the airport with a baby seat. I've never seen a taxi with a baby seat in it, but I'm sure they have seats stored in a communal hut or something like that. Am I taking a big risk not prebooking?

I'd pre book if I were you. A taxi firm I use quite often has ads in side the car saying that baby seats are available "upon request". A communal hut? Where? How does that work exactly? If you don't prebook and request it, you may have someone show up with one stashed in his boot, or you may not.

Just a guess with the communal hut. Would you mind sending me on the details of the company you order them from please. I googled it, and loads of them came up, didn't know which one to use.

Where will you be getting the taxi to anyway? If it's anywhere beyond Malaga itself I'd say it's better to organise a transfer in advance anyway.

    From this
    http://www.malagaairport.eu/taxis.php

'Also the law in Spain states that registered taxis do not have to carry child seats. So if you are anxious that your toddler sits in a proper seat or has the correct restraint, book a private transfer or arrange for a hire car to ensure that a appropriate seats are available.'

They recommend the website for transfers.

I'm living in Malaga province and trying to organise everyone arriving for my wedding in a few weeks. I can't actually recommend any transfers myself though, as most people are hiring cars and organising lifts and car sharing mostly.
