Sky Install With Extras

I'm getting Sky tv in a few days - Entertainment Extra,Sports & Movies with free standard installation.

I was thinking of adding a Humax freesat box to go with the sky box in the living room and i want another freesat box in another room.
I'm going to ask the Sky engineer to run 1 extra cable to the living room and another 1 to the other room.

Standard Sky install includes a quad lnb yeah?

Would 1 cable be sufficient for a Humax Foxsat 500gb Freesat Recorder?

or should i ask for 2 cables for the LR and an octo lnb?

What kind of extra cost should i expect to be charged for these extras?

    Thanks
