He faked being offended by a message about postage I sent him and now asked me not to pay invoice but I told him that I see what he's doing that he was upset but not getting more money from the auction so iv paid your invoice anyway

Im just wondering if he refunds me what can I do next?

Can you explain it a bit better...

Is it ebay? Do you think he wasn't happy with the price you won the auction for? Do you think he quoted an extortionate postage price to make up for it? Was a postage price made clear before you won the auction?

The only real recourse you have is negative feedback. if he gets reported a few times for this **** ebay will start sanctions or even close his account.

I agree ebay is tough to deal with nowadays. i generally only purchase buy it now stuff or auctions from Ireland from private sellers with 100% feedback.

In fairness ebay is great if the product you receive is broken or you don't receive it at all. very little they can do if the seller refuses to send it.
