Betaferon injection

    I was wondering does anyone know why the needle is so long for betaferon if it only supposed to be sub cutaneous. I am thin and the needles seem very long, I was showing them to be sister in law who is a GP and her son has to take sub cutaneous injections as well and he has a pen injector.

    No idea,but you can get an auto-ject for your betaferon,maybe it's do with that?

    Yeah I have that, its really great been using it for years now. I am going to phone the nurse later today.
