Second interview with Insurance Company.

    Hi guys, just looking for some advice!

    I had an interview with a health insurance company on Thursday. It went really well and they called me back for a second interview that day.

    I was advised the 2nd interview would be more competency based, which is fine, but also more technical. I'm not sure what sort of questions I will be asked as a technical question within the health insurance industry.:confused: Any ideas?

    Does anyone have any insights on an interview within insurance? You sure would be helping an unemployed graduate! :D

    Edit: It's a customer service role with a lot of administration!
