    According to this, an Aer Arann ATR had an engine failure climbing out of Shannon yesterday.
    It seems they got it going again before landing, which can be seen in the photo.

    The sooner they get the new -600s the better. Those 'American' (SLx reg) 72s and the entire lot of 42s appear to be seriously reaching the end of their dispatch reliable life....

    (yes, I know the engine could be brand new)

    Sounds like a local low oil pressure indication. QRH calls for engine to be shut down and if found to be inop local indication then engine can be restarted.
