    "Torque" for android maybe...

    I got my ELM327 interface off ebay for few quid, and tried it yesterday.
    It will support any car with EOBD2 (petrol cars for 2001 and diesel from 2004 if i remember right).

    This is a good diagnostic software for fiat,alfa and lancia diagnostics.

    And is relatively cheap compared to other options.
