    I have a friend who will be coming back from the states soon, Any good bargins to be had?
    Any issue bring stuff back (tax ect..)?
    Any good websites to check out?

    There's usually no issues bringing a few hardware items from the point of view with tax. You wouldn't want anything too bulky - last time I checked SSDs weren't that much cheaper, although it's a good candidate for the type of item. CPUs or something small like a mouse would be fairly ideal.
