Indoor door handles help!

    I have a painter in painting all my interior doors - going from gloss white to matt white finish. The door handles (which all have locks so I will need locks in the new ones too) are brass and I am looking for recommendations for what to change them to - chrome?? Also I don't want to spend a fortune on them as I don't plan on being in the house for too long more.
    Where should I go and what would you recommend?? Many thanks

    Depending on what exact style of door handle and lock it is,you will pick up a set of door handles/locks in most builders providers (chrome,polished steel,satin and brass) for not alot of euros.
