How long should it take for OPF to be processed?

I applied for one parent family payment at the end of August and last week I met with the social welfare inspector. She asked for more paperwork and I sent the this week. Just wondering how long I should expect to be waiting? Or when will they be able to tell me how much I am entitled to?
