Once again the dreaded pre booked ( read your reg ) has come up short. Paid 15E for the privelege of not seeing the barrier rise on my way out, and my way back. Not to mention the lane markings that haven't been painted since Renoir gave them a lick.

    Absolute fcuking joke.

Never had an issue with that system not working & have used it a number of times, how many times has it happened to you?

3 of my last 5 visits. With 2 different cars. A guy I spoke to there, says it's regular enough.
Just what you need for a 7am flight along with tickets, passports, money, phone, etc etc. And 3 cars behind you.

So you put your credit/debit card in the slot and the barrier lifts?? Takes 5 seconds! What's the big deal?

The big deal, as you call it, is that I put my debit card in, and nothing happened. A chap with a yellow coat came over and said, neither of us need this. He raised the barrier.

And as I said above, another member of staff on my return said it's a regular occurrence.
