Aircoach - Brilliant / Good / Bad / Poor / or Average?

Have used the Aircoach service quite a bit recently to and from Dublin Airport, and I am curious to know what other users feel about the service.
Personally I think its a bit hit and miss, sometimes I have a pleasant experience and other times not so pleasant.

The onboard video seems to be out of action a lot these days, and on my latest journey it was impossible to understand the driver who sounded a bit like a Polish Arnold Schwarzenegger with a bad cold as he mumbled the various stops en route. I felt sorry for the tourists who seemed unsettled as we shot past stops . . . "Was that ours"?

No doubt overall its a great service, and I have picked out a few negatives from all the positives, but does anyone else have opinions/experience of the Aircoach recently.

PS: I'd be lost without it.

Well I use Aircoach to Cork and I find it good.

Not brilliant, they definitely have things to improve, but not far off either.

They seem to have let the onboard info screens fall apart on some of the fleet!

Wi-Fi wasn't working on my recent trip on the Greystones service (both ways) but as there's free Wi-Fi in the airport these days it's not a big deal.

I find the Aircoach service excellent. The buses are clean, the staff at the outdoor desks at T1 and T2 are very helpful, the buses turn up at the appointed time and basically that's all that matters to me.

I think I've only use it to/from the airport on one return journey and that was fine. Doing Dublin-Cork-Dublin recently, the outbound driver took two wrong turns and arrivals were slightly late.

I wonder is there is high turnover among the drivers? I came back from the airport early one morning on the Greystones bus and the driver forgot to take the tunnel so he came in the airport road, Clonliffe Road and straight through Annesely Bridge to East Wall Road! He apologised for the mistake when we got to the East Link so it wasn't like the tunnel was closed.
