hey lads, does anyone know any idividual drills for improving ball handling, mostly passing that can be done by myself on my own?? im looking to improve distance accuracy and pace(of the ball)

(an idea i had was to hang a car tyre off the crossbar and work static passing off both sides increasing the distance and then doing it whilst running)

    anyways any help greatly appreciated!!

Spin the ball up into the air. If you do it at your club try and throw the ball well above the height of the posts.
Spin the ball off either hand. use your stronger side to throw the ball over the height of the posts 10 times then use your weaker side and try get the ball over the height of the posts 10 times.

Offer to babysit a kid somewhere between 5 and 10 years old. Practice passing the ball against the post from various distances. Have the kid collect all the balls.
