hi all. i just moved down to waterford from clonmel last week and i a currently looking for places to go for a run. im staying at lismore park and my only means of transport is the city bus. would anyone have any suggestings , is the running track in wfc open to the public??

o0 and also, i cannot run on hard surfaces, like footpath, road etc due to an issue with shin splints. so it ll have to be grass or something along those lines.

    thanks in advance.

The running track is open the public, I think you pay about 2/3euro to use it. The Athletic club do track running sessions on Monday (and i think Wednesday) night for €3.

I used to run on the pitches beside waterford crystal swimming pool on the Cork Road and also in Woodstown beach but I dont think there is a bus service out there.
