Anyone Use a Regular Courier for Local and Worldwide Shipping?

Hi guys, juts wondering if there are any recommendations here. The shipping rates I currently have are too high. Also, is it possible to get a good rate even if only starting out, I reckon if I cut the cost of shipping I will triple my sales. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks Bobby
