WTD: Single Speed Frame & Wheels

Right, I've been toying round with the idea of building a Single Speed bike as a winter project. I'm looking for a 56 to 58cm frame in steel or aluminium. The frame condition is not impoortant as I hope to respray it anyway.
I'd like a frame, fork, headset and I would also consider BB, crank and wheels.
I'm willing to spend up to €100 but cheaper is good.
Based in Athlone but regularly in Dublin & Galway.

I have an old Raleigh steel frame, was going to do a SS project on it, but forgot about it.
Frame, forks (steel threaded), headset, quill stem, bars, BB, I've a new single speed alloy crankset knocking around as well which I'll throw in.
The frame needs to be repainted, but is rust free, headset, BB need regreasing etc.
€65 the lot. Size would suit you too!

Sounds perfect. Any idea what type of Raleigh frame, model, etc.
also, where are you based?
And any chance of a photo or two?

It's a gas piper, no special steel or model noted. I'll get some pix to you in the AM.
Based in the SE, but I hit Dublin regularly...

I had started to clean down the frame previously, but never progressed any further than the current state.
I don't have an image of the cranks, but they are the 'Mighty' alloy SS types as sold on eBay.
