Penney's Interviews Mary Street

Hey,

I had an interview with Penney's for temp contracts last Thursday. I was just wondering did anyone who went to the interview hear anything back. I thought my interview went really well but now I'm starting to get a bit worried.

I haven't, but they did say 2-3 weeks. Can't help worrying a bit all the same!

My friend had an interview with them last Saturday, I'd say wait it out, but you could always ring them and ask, it won't hurt

I had mine last Saturday and still haven't heard! I thought mine went really well too but now I'm starting to doubt it..has anyone heard yet?

They rang last night because they couldn't get through to one of my references. I gave them another number so they could get in contact with them. So, I say they will be calling people by the end of the week if their checking references.

Oh interesting, maybe they're planning on only giving a few days notice for induction then. There's so many they have to process I suppose.

Don't know. They will need more than one day without the amount they're taking on though.

no harm in giving them a call? at the very least it will show them you're eager.

My cousin knows one of the interviewers n he said theyll only be callin over the next 3 weeks

I got it! The 22.5 hour contract Hope everyone is successful. Induction is not until 23rd and 24th Oct 9-5.30 (!!!) so loads of time to ring people.

my friend got the call back last saturday. he got the 12 hour weekend contract and the induction starts this saturday
if you didnt get it its not the end of the world!
Go onto Penneys website now, they are hiring for both Blanchardstown and O'Connell St

Got an evening 20 hour contract with the induction at the end of October. Pretty Happy just trying to figure out can I keep on my other part time job as well. Good luck to everyone!

Just wondering has anyone had any issues logging into the Online Safety Induction. I go to register as a first time user and then it wont go any further. I cant submit my details. Anyone else having difficulties?
