That happens to me with 90% of my clients...They tell me to come up with ideas, at the end they want to add their own ideas and the final result will be CRAP...of course is designer's fault because it doesn't look right.

I end up working a lot extra for the same price...

You aer no longer a web deisgner. You are now a mouse cursor inside a graphics program which the client can control by speaking, emailing, and instant messaging.
