Sorry for being lazy, but I'm sure someone on here has done a similar trip to this.
Can anyone pass on info for getting visas for any of these countries?
How much? How long does it last? Should I get all necessary visas before or when I land, etc.

    Thanks a lot.

I can only tell you about India.

Costs €50, last 6 months. Starts once you get it NOT once you land in the country. Need to wait two months after exit to enter India again so you can't go to India - Nepal - India.

Nepal - can get on arrival.

China - **need in advance. Costs about 45euro. Only 30days standard which is short for such a huge country. I'm here at the moment.

SE Asia - Cambodia, Laos - easy to get at border. Cost about 20euro each as far as I remember. 30days. Malaysia, Singapoe & Thailand also can get on arrival for 30days and free.

Vietnam - **need in advance. Can't remember how much it costs.

China, €40 for single entry 30 day visa valid for 3 months. You will need flight and hotel bookings. If you need to leave and enter China again you will need multiple entry visa and your itinary to support this. Or if you need, you can get the Chinese visa in other countries you will be visiting. If you need to stay longer than 30 days in china you can extend your visa while you are in China.

Vietnam you need it in advance...if entering by any airport/port/land border except Hanoi /HCMC you must get it from an embassy.
If you enter by air through Hanoi/HCMC you can get visa on arrival (www.myvietnamvisa.com are good, takes about 3 days).
Cost varies depending on where you get it.
Visa on arrival $45.00 though and lasts 3 months
