    Hi All.
Just a quick one, hoping someone can help me out.
My private dwelling is served by a public Water main, and at the valve out at the road, there was a new meter fitted recently. I have noticed the black wheel-dial on it moving very fast even though water was not being used in my house at the time.
Myself and my wife were at work today and my father-in-law checked it whilst we were out and it was still moving very fast...
I dont think there is a leak as my feed tanks are filling up as normal and all that... So if anybody out there knows about these you might let me know.

    Thanks
    Jayo

Turn the tap/valve off at the meter and check if it stops spinning. If it does you may have a leak between meter and house and you will be paying for it.
