Songwriter seeking singer male or female

Hey all

Looking to start up a band, i have several musicians lined up but i want to find the right singer first before we start practising as a band cause i know how hard it is to find a singer. I write acoustic/folk/rock songs and i demo them myself but dont feel my voice is strong enough for live performance. Some of my influences are smashing pumkins, rice, pearl jam, neil young, the frames etc

Basically looking for someone who can committ to at least one practice a week in dublin, is professional but can have the craic and above all has a great and possibly unique voice. Also with help if you liked the songs/music.
