[Wanted] I desperately need accommodation - UCD

    Hi Guys,

I'm studying in UCD for the first time in October and I'm badly stuck for accommodation. I would prefer to live near the college but wouldn't be against living in the City either if the rent was cheap enough.

Allot of accommodation are Digs or a "Monday to Friday" type deal which would not suit me at all. Also, I'm on a tight budget. The max I could afford would be 350 a month and that's why I would live closer to the city or elsewhere if it meant it. I've checked all the websites I can think of and havent found anything yet!

I'm a pretty easy going chap who's up for the craic but I'm very considerate of other people I'm living with. I love meeting new people and want to make as many friends as possible while I'm in Dublin. If I was honest, I'd prefer to live with people between 20 and 25 but could be persuaded otherwise. I'm doing a 4 month course on Exercise and Health Fitness in UCD and I'm looking for a single or double room. I'm mad into music and keeping fit and I've never had any problems with housemates before.

Anyone interested or know of anything, shoot me a PM.

    Thanks in advance. :)

Not many landlords will rent to you as after 4 months they'll have an empty room.

Have a look at http://www.daft.ie/shortterm/ and you may see a few in the €350 to €400 range.

Hey have a look at this:

    http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2056822817

It's above your budget but it includes bills and it's only from January to May so maybe it suits your needs.

    Cya.
