I know the bill has passed a second stage in the Dail. I know nothing about law hence the question. When will this bill be made into law. How long does it usually take? Thanks

Not being smart but how long is a piece of string, emergency legislation has gone through all stages in a matter of hours, other bills are in the system for ages. In reality it will be an Act when passed and signed by the President.

I have no idea of the average time maybe someone else does.
