    fyi, for the local weather geeks amongst us.. just came across this nice weather app for Android phones that displays live weather data from NUIG .. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.weatherapp

    then again, could just look out the window or go outside to get 'live' weather!

    🌦️ 6.7kwp, 45°, SSW, mid-Galway 🌦️

    Galway city -> NUIG

    I never really trust apps for weather in Galway, always get caught in rain somehow anyway :)

    Well the NUIG app doesn't provide any predictions, only live data, so it can't be wrong :-)

    It's a nice little app, the measuring instruments are located on the roof of the Concourse.

    That's actually a very useful app. Only for realtime weather of course. The Weather Channel app for the future weather :)

    I was going to say... going off the solid evidence that 100% of smartphone users are complete mugs, you could probably sell them a 'Galway Weather App' that was just a still image of "It's raining sham".
