RTE player works well. If you get an unblockus account, you can access BBC and Netflix USA
If your hd tv has no USB connection, you can also use to to plug in a USB hard drive with avis, hi def movies etc.
Downside:
4OD and ITV online don't work on it.

Bought one of these in America last month and am delighted with it so far. I have a tonne of tv/movies on external hard disks and this plays everything I've thrown at it so far. Also great for categorising all the tv shows by season with episode guides and such.

I see amazon reduced the price to £100 in this deal which is a great price for anyone who managed to get it in time!
