I'm thinking of doing Advanced Performance Management as my Elective. Can somebody please give me a flavour of whats in store? I'm tempted to go the Tax route given its importance…

Hi folks,

I work in Financial Services, so I'm not from an Audit background and have minimal exposure to Tax. I'm doing the Elevation Programme.

I'm thinking of doing Advanced Performance Management as my Elective. Can somebody please give me a flavour of whats in store? I'm tempted to go the Tax route given its importance in a general business context and out of a slight personal interest regarding my own finances, however, I don't see myself in a tax role any time soon.

Of the three electives which do you think offers the better career options and more importantly may be the most passable?!
