Poweragent or WKO?

    Has anybody looked into Poweragent Vs WKO in any great detail for Powertap and Garmin 500?

    For the win. I've used WKO+ with my SRM and powertap, found it great- really robust.

    I've used WKO for years.
    2.2 and now 3.0

    Its expensive and TrainingPeaks are NOT committed to it. Its not their primary revenue stream so they don't care. There are no maintenance releases, no updates, no bug fixes not nothing.

    They are now banging on about doing 4.0 which will really just be a patch to 3.0 to fix the bugs but they are going to charge another 100 euro for.

    I am moving over to GoldenCheetah and I would have jumped in massively except GC doesn't support running and swimming really. If I was a pure cyclist its a no brainer. Golden Cheetah 3.0 - even hooks up via ANT+ sticks to cadence, power, HR and speed if you want to turbo in front of it and get all sorts of nice graphs and functions.

    However, having loads of data is one thing but knowing what it means is another. 'Racing and Training with Power' seems to be one of the best guides available - will the info in this be usable with the way the data is presented in GoldenCheetah?
