Claiming for partner but shes in full time education

just wondering if i can claim for myself and my partner under cohabitants if she is in full time education. she will also be getting the student grant but hasnt got it yet. are we entitled to money for my partner? i was told by one citizens information that we will get nothing but another told us we would. so very confused. any help would be great. thanks

Is she getting a council grant based on her parents income? Or is she getting a BTEA?

its a council grant. but we also have a young child if that makes any difference
