    Hi

    does anybody know what happens if you dont pass both the qfa loans and regulations within the specified 6 months? any info would be appreciated!!

    If you have at least one passed you will be able to argue your case for retention based on how you're fitting into your role, balancing, sales etc. I'd imagine if you don't pass either then you'd have a battle on your hands seeing as there are plenty of graduates waiting in the wings

    Thanks for the reply ya i would have imagined the same finding the exams very hard to be honest hope i can get at least one but i wouldnt be overly confident.

    Don't AIB have a "chara" system, they used to anyway

    The new hires get buddied up with someone who is there a few years

    Not your team-leader, probably someone in a completely different role and has nothing to do with your job or team so you can say whatever you want and it never gets back to the boss

    If you have this OP and it was there when I was there then talk to them and arrange to go for a coffee.

    Don't be struggling on your own.
