Inquiring for a US based pilot visiting later in the year ( Cpl+IR )
    Hope that is enough info.

    Thanks a mill,

If it's an FAA license then surely there'll be issues with flying here, unless its an N-reg? Could be totally wrong on that though

    Hi SC,

    Thanks for the reply

It is a licence issued from the Uk , ( CAA is it ? ) but he is now based in the US.
I don't know anymore about the regs on this , perhaps he may have to fly dual.
I 'm not aware of any places who rent this type though, and I wonder is it even a common rental type over this side of the pond ??

    Cheers,
    Fionn

Don't know of any Cherokees but East Coast Flight Training at Weston have the G-reg Warrior, G-OBFS, for hire.

As a rule there is an issue with insurance. Usually five hours or so. FAA or CAA.

I have one to sell. Expect to still have it till next season, might be able to do a deal with him provided we choose a safety pilot.... Irish rwys and the American environment are quite different, regardless of experience. PM with more info.
