I will be throwing a few on JAMSIE HALL and KING ALI, if they run.

Was told from a decent source Ruby's horse is supposed to win. Very tough race though.

I did look at it but while the trainer thinks it is ready, I think the horse might answer him half way round.

I'm going to it and I think I'll back David Pipes horse from the point of view that he wouldn't be sending him if he didn't like that sort of heavy going. Anyway, its always one of the best days out of the year.

Themoonandsixpence out to 8's from 5's. With him not running in two years i expected to see money if they fancied him but its early yet. Such a tough race anyway.

How on earth did that horse win, finished last on his last 3 outings beaten a combined of 120+ lenghts! Thats Irish racing for you, a complete lottery

It was a tough race for a comeback, I was tempted but steered clear, glad I did now,

The 3rd reserve gets in and wins. Sounds dodgy imho.

I backed the favourite and it was beaten after 5 furlongs. Theres just something dodgy about Irish racing will never back anything again over here unless its a grade 1 race!

We had a great day there. Great craic. A crowd of almost 26,000 isn't bad for a Wednesday in September. There wasn't too many on the winner though. Eric has some record in that race now, he seems to target it, fair play to him.
