Im trying to learn a little about peak flow exhalation.I was told that a "good blow" would be 600ish on the monitor however looking at peak flow charts online expected readings seem to vary depending on height and sex.Are these charts accurate? Are the readings they give as expected flow the minimum safe reading but ideally everyone should be reading at 600 ?I can't seem to find any information giving 600-700 as the gold standard of healthy or normal online.

I'm not looking for medical advice at all,we have plenty of that.I'm just eager to learn a bit more and was surprised at the variation of "normal".
