Replacing original piercing

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone could tell me where to get my original lip piercing replaced around galway. I got my left lower lip pierced in Vancouver and it's healed now so I want to get a smaller ring put in. Do the shops in Galway carry much selection or would I be better off buying on the internet?

If anyone's interested there's a great spot a few doors down from AWOL tattoos that seem to have a decent collection of body jewellery and the like.
